We use lovely bright tissue paper with contrasting paper ribbon and a cardboard tag so it is all recyclable. You can also include a personalised message in the parcel if you wish.
We aim to dispatch orders for kits and tools within 1-3 business days.
Orders are sent by courier and we currently expect parcels to take around 3-4 days from dispatch.
Delivery is FREE to mainland UK addresses for all orders over £20 or £2.99 for orders under £20.
Alternatively you can arrange a contactless collection from the workshop. Please contact us if you would like to arrange this.
Bespoke products have a longer turn-around time, please contact us to discuss.
For deliveries to other countries, we need to charge a little more to cover our costs and they are dependent on which country you're from. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this.
Orders for workshops and courses will receive a booking confirmation via email within 48 hours of booking.
