Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays unless this has been agreed in writing or purchased as an add-on service.

During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping rates
• Orders over £50 – FREE Standard Delivery 
• Orders £49.99 and under – £3.99 Standard Delivery 
• Express Delivery – £4.99

Estimated delivery times
• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

Collection
Free collection from our workshop is available. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange a suitable time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Ash & Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Ash & Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help to sort the issue out and make a claim. Please note that we will need photographs of the damage to support any claim.

As our products are hand-made, it is not always possible to instantly replace them as they may need to be re-made. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any returns to Ash & Co.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
If you are outside of the UK, please contact us directly at hello@ashandcompany.co.uk to discuss your order. We are happy to ship to you but each order will need to be processed manually to check on delivery costs and times.
