COURSES OVERVIEW

Mini Maker Workshops
Our Mini Maker Workshops offer a non-digital escape for children aged 5 and up, where they can unleash their creativity and learn hands-on woodworking skills in a safe environment.

Your child will build a small wooden character or car project of their choice from our Maker Menu of over 16 projects. They will work with a range of hand tools and have access to loads of fun decorations and scrap wood to help their imagination soar! All the projects are easy to make, and full instructions are given, empowering children to work independently and learn new skills along the way.

Make a Miniature Village Workshop
On this hands-on course, your child will craft their very own miniature town scene. They will choose up to five mini houses from our extensive selection, each complete with its own hardwood roof panels and adorable blocks that can be used as windows and doors. We'll show them how to expertly paint, decorate and arrange these elements to create a charming miniature 'driftwood' style town, village or beach scene of their own design.

Make a Set of Mini Block Heads Workshop
During this hands-on course, your child will craft their very own miniature block head key rings! We'll show them how to drill holes, sand and finish your little critters and have lots of fun doing it in this one hour course. They’ll have access to a range of accessories, screws and stickers you can attach to make your block head totally unique.

Please note:
Children must be accompanied by a grown-up at all times in the workshop. They will have access to tools, un-sanded wood, glues etc and must be properly supervised.

We will get in touch with you via email as soon as possible* to request which dates you would like to reserve. We’ll create your bookings and send you confirmation emails for each one.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This pass can be used to book 2 x Mini Maker Workshops, 1 x Miniature Village Workshop and 1 x Mini Block Heads Workshop for the named child only.
• Two free friend passes included for the Mini Maker Workshops only
• You can choose to either bring two friends to one session or one friend to each session.
• Friends using a free space must be with the pass holder.
• Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• To reserve your bench spaces, email hello@ashandcompany.co.uk with your unique membership pass number.
• This summer pass is valid for bookings from 19th July – 24th August 2023.
• If you have already booked a workshop and would like to upgrade to a Summer Pass, please get in touch and we'd be happy to arrange this for you.
• If you cannot make it to a reserved session please let us know as soon as possible so that we can release your bench space. 
• Please note: multiple non-attendance of reserved sessions may result in your pass being revoked. Please only book sessions you plan to attend.
