Making a cool car like this from pieces of pine and enjoying the finished product is an experience that is unmatched in our opinion and just wonderful to do together with the kids. Our wooden car building kits inspire creativity and teach basic woodworking skills, and every kit is made by hand in our Hampshire workshop.

WHAT'S IN THE KIT?
The Sheriff wooden car kit comes with un-sanded wooden base with pre-drilled axle holes, the sheriff body top, a siren, sheriff stars and the wheels but that's not all! Your kit also comes with loads of accessories and extra scrap wood so you can build your very own totally unique version of this car, plus an in-depth instructional video to create a workshop experience right in your own home.

The kit comes with sandpaper, wheels, axles, washers, components, engine block, wires, extras and accessories but please note that the wheel colour is random and may be Blue, Green, Yellow, Red or a mix.

You will have everything you need to build something that is totally unique to you and that's the special part about our kits. You'll have the very best and fastest car around so take your time and make your car truly awesome.

When you've finished your car and sanded it to perfection, you can paint it or colour it using pens - whatever you prefer. (NB: Pens and paint not included)

The kit also includes PVA to attach the main components and glue dots for mess-free, instant sticking of accessories.

WHO ARE THE KITS FOR?
The Scrappy Races car building kits are suitable for almost any age but there are small parts included so we recommend age five and above.

This is not a toy and children must be supervised at all times when building their kit. Parents/Guardians should pay close attention to the finished car and ensure that it has been sanded properly smooth to avoid any splinters or sharp components that could cause injury.

WHAT TOOLS WILL I NEED?
We provide sandpaper in the kit and you will need some glue and a screwdriver. A pair of long nose pliers is also handy but not essential.
